EXHIBITION REPORTS

ART EXPO 2017

including TRUSTPOWER/TSA SUPREME ART AWARD

Thank you to the 75 Artists who entered. A total of 327 paintings were displayed in our recent ART EXPO and 47 of these were entered into the TRUSTPOWER/TSA SUPREME ART AWARD. A record 61 works of Art were sold.

A huge THANK YOU to all who helped put the exhibition together, especially the Exhibition Committee and Exhibition Coordinator, Graham Baker, for the hard work and many hours of organisation. Special thanks also to Judge Megan Lavin-McIsaac, Editor, The New Zealand Artist Magazine.

This was another very successful Expo with over 916 local and out of town visitors attending over the five days. This year's exhibition went off with a “hiss and a roar” as people queued up to get in early and buy the excellent art on display. People said they thought the standard was even higher than last year's exceptional works and the Judge commented on the wonderful quality and breadth of art offered.

Grateful thanks to our sponsors TrustPower, Creative Communities NZ Tauranga, TECT, The Lion Foundation, Ultimate Motor Group, Nomad Food and Wine, Cooney Lees Morgan, Brookfield New World, Warehouse Stationery Cameron Rd, Tauranga . Without these Sponsors we would not be able to stage such an amazing ART EXPO.
